The City of Regina, also known as the queen city, is the capital of the Province of Saskatchewan. The city is located in the central south of the province and in the center of the Prarie Provinces. With many greenspaces and parks, Regina is known as a city of four seasons. Though the city has cold winters, it is also know as the sunniest city in Canada.

Regina has fast growing population of over 258,000 residents, with 10% of them representing visible minorities.

As for the major employment industries, it ranges from manufacturing, metal fabricating and oil and gas supply to agriculture and tourism, financial services, and events, conventions, and tradeshows.
