As the largest city in the province by size and population, The City of Calgary is located in the south of the Province of Alberta. Located at the meeting of two rivers (Bow River and Elbow River), Calgary is known for its indoor and outdoor recreation infrastructure and parks, connection to sports, culture, and events.
